42 minutes on hold...

MTN has no clue what customer service is!!

I called 808 this morning & requested to speak to the Retention department - I was asked to hold on whilst I was being transferred to the Retention department. I was put on hold from 08h33 until 09H15 - I can only imagine how much longer I would have held on if I did not hang up...
