I have 2 contracts with Mtn that were expiring on 2016-02-06 and 2016-02-10 respectively with cell no. *** & *** and on both contracts I made an effort to phone Mtn to cancel and I received reference no. to that effect. Lo and behold the company decided in their infinite wisdom to revoke the cancellation without informing me the client. I find this action to be distasteful and smacks of arrogance from Mtn and I can bet that I am not the only one to fall victim to this ****. Clearly Mtn has the I am too big to fall complex.
