4 weeks later and STILL NO PHONE
Upgraded my phone over the phone with a company called Summer Mobile. 4 weeks later and I STILL don't know where my phone is. I have called Summer Mobile - they NEVER answer their phone. I have called MTN. They re-direct me from pillar to post to call centres who can't help me. MTN puts me on hold and and calls SUMMER MOBILE - who DON'T ANSWER. I have logged a complaint online. I have called any and every number I have of MTN. NO-ONE is helping. What is it going to take to JUST GET MY PHONE - I am paying for?

05 Sept 2017, 15:42I will be VERY surprised if anything happens from Summer Mobile. The can't even answer the phone. And what is the timeline for a response? When can I expect an answer considering it has already been 4 weeks.
