4 weeks later and still no delivery

Worst service ever from mtn, my contract with MTN was approved on the 26th July & my phones were supposed to e delivered in 10 working days. I'm still waiting and the most frustrating thing is that no one at MTN knows what's happening & no one is willing to help.
