4 weeks for a laptop to arrive???

My Mom went to MTN store in Polokwane to take 1 phone contract+smart watch and a laptop.... All three separate contracts but she was told the laptop has to be orded 1st, that was on the 15th August 2022 and till today we are still waiting for the order..... Even asked her to cancel the laptop deal
