4 weeks and no response
I have requested a sttlement amount from MTN about 4 weeks ago only to find out that the call centre is unable to help. Matters are being escalated all the time but no one ver gives you an answer. I want to be bought out by cell c but clearly there is a delaying tacktic. MTN is pathethic
