4 months still waiting for my wifi modem and been paying 4 moths also

I have upgraded my mtn data bundles and bought a wifi unit its been 4 months . I am paying every month but still haven't received any thing . Two weeks ago a elenor from a 011 number phone and said your unit is on its way I was so glad . its now 2 weeks still nothing. I want a refund you services is terrible
