4 months of overcharging and still not resolved
Dear MTN
I have queried, I have begged, I have pleaded, I have threatened and now, 4 months down the line I still don't have this billing (overcharging of Data even though I have data on the phone, even when I switch the data off, but still get billed ridiculous amounts) issue resolved. I have tried every thing, from calling 808, emailing customer service, been to the store, Inboxed your Facebook page, issued my complain to Hello Peter a few times and I have even issued a complain with ICASA. Maybe I should try twitter, because all of the above mentioned has literately brought me no resolve to this matter. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING TOLD THAT THE QUERY HAS BEEN ESCALATED TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT! How long does such a escalation take? a day, a month, a year or forever????
Is there anyone out there that can assist as I can see here on Hello Peter, that I am not the only one with the same problem of being overcharged for data that is not even being used. EXPLAIN!!! do you need to steel your VALUED CUSTOMERS money to enable MTN to stay afloat as I can see the ship is sinking!!!!!

We see that a request was logged by the store but the request was closed confirming that a formal response was given on the charges. We've requested the e-mail in question to see what was discussed and how the matter was resolved.
In the mean-time we've requested our Billing Department to validate the packet switch data call charges on your invoices dated the 11th of April, May & June 2015. The reference number for the request is REQ:***.
We've requested our Billing Department's management team to prioritize the matter and get it resolved ASAP.
We will touch base with you as soon as we get feedback.
Regards
Tim
