4 MONTHS AND STILL THE CONTRACT IS NOT CANCELLED!

I took up a contract in July and I wanted to cancel it the following week because I didn’t receive any help. Every single department told me different things and when they said they cancelled it the guy was lying. I have been calling every month and it’s now November and yet they have failed to cancel the contract and they have taken money from my account with no authorisation. Even 1 star is too much
