4 MONTHS AND STILL AWAITING CANCELATION ON CONTRACT

Hi i have been trying for past 4 months to cancel a contract that i have returned to MTN and still no response or feedback the money for that contract is still being debited from my account for such a big phone supplier or service provider, there customer care is no help at all

I need assistance regarding this matter i have refused to pay my account due to this
