4 Months and Counting

It started back in May when I originally handed in my phone for a quote to repair my broken screen. Then the MTN strike happened. I finally managed to get my phone back without it being repaired. I paid the amount (+-R4000.00) that was quoted and was told to wait 7-10 working days. That was on the 24-08-2015.

My phone has still not been repaired, never mind the fact they sent me a message (twice) requesting permission to go ahead with repair and the quote was +- R2000.00. Almost half of what I was quoted the first time, and oh, let me remind you, PAID, in hopes to speed up the process...

I want my phone repaired and returned to me asap!!!
