4 Months And Contract Not Camcelled

As far as I am concerned they are *******, I have cancelled my contract in March, to which I was told that was the last month of the contract. I have done so in writing, phoning MTN they tell you to phone back (useless) eventually last month (debit orders still going off my account) I received a reply that it was being dealt with and yet again today the debit order went off including this contract. I have emailed with no reply, I get zero service and I would not recommend MTN.
