4 months and atill no phone

In May 2015 my husbands phone stopped working and charging, I went to MTN at the Glen to had it in but I needed a loan phone so they logged an insurance claim and told me that MTN insurance would contact me within the week. No phone call was forthcoming and I was unable get hold of MTN insurance. we knew there were strikes going on and we eventually, 6 weeks later, after not being able to get hold of anyone decided to go and the phone in at MTN. A week later on the 7 of July I got an sms saying that the phone would cost R2800 to fix, I then managed to get hold of insurance and gave them my job card number which they said they would pay. It is now 6 weeks later and I haven't heard another thing about it, and when I try phone MTN insurance and choose the option to speak to a consultant it just cut off. In the interim I have been to MTN at The Glen and they said insurance would contact me but they atillstill haven't and I am getting fed up that we pay alot for contracts and insurance and recieve no service at all!<br>
