3RD WEEK WAITING FOR MY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED WITH NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER

i write this review with a heavy heart and a lot of disappointment. in a nutshell my cellphone was ****** 4 weeks ago, it was insured with mtn as it was a contract phone. i went through the entire process of going to the police station and getting Affidavits and everything. i submitted my claim and iv been waiting for 3 weeks straight with no feedback. every time i call I'm told that my claim has been escalated to a supervisor and i will get a call before the close of business.

I'm Still waiting even today and what annoys me is that with every call im always polite and i try my best to not yell at any of the consultants. at this point im tired and i just need MTN to start taking customers seriously.

I'm Disappointed
