3rd and final attempt

This is now our 3rd attempt via hellopeter, because we just never hear back. After the second attempt we were called by an engineer who was only aware of 1 issue in a single area. All other issues continue, unaddressed. <br> <br> We have been fighting with you since August, enough is enough. We only want to hear from your cancellation department. The debit order will be cancelled our side this week. We informed you 2 months ago that we wish to cancel, so stopping the debit order may not result in your department taking action against it.<br> <br> Ref ***1, ***, ***, *** in addition to all the calls where your consultants failed to make notes on the system<br> <br> Please get out of our life and stop wasting our money
