3G tower off
Since 23 July MTN's 3G tower in Ubombo, KZN (-27.***,32.081308) has been off. In addition, the 2G tower is close to unusable - it can't even operate Whatsapp. I contacted MTN Coverage ***) and spoke to Vusisiwe. She said that according to \the system"the area is only a 2G area and that the problem would therefore not be attended to. The system is obviously incorrect as there has been 3G coverage since the beginning of the year. Vusisiwe's suggestion for how to solve the problem was to port to Vodacom which I find completely absurd!<br> <br> I have since tried to speak to a manager/supervisor at the same call centre but they are never available. I was told that they would contact me when they get back to the office"
