I app**** for a contract phone from Mtn and it was never delivered since last year June,I only got SIM and now they are sending outstanding balance. They handed the payments issue to SSDA.i have been trying to get hold of them via calls and emails, but nothing. I have never used the SIM can they deliver my phone and give them their SIM card back and I pay the outstanding balance
