30GB Promotional Data promise not given.

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>I processed an upgrade on the 21/10/2016. To date I have yet to receive the 30GB promised for upgrading on an LTE device. I was told it would be loaded but every time I call the call center I'm told the query is being escalated and someone would get back to me. Not only have I not been called back but the data still has not been loaded. </p> <p> </p> <p>It it would be greatly appreciated if it were loaded as promised.</p>
