30Gb Hoax

<p>About 2 weeks ago I upgraded to an Alcatel Y858 Wifi router at MTN North Cape Mall, Kimberley. I was told that I would get a 30Gb Promotional Package which would be valid for 30 days. I received the wifi router, but no 30Gb Promotional Package was loaded.</p> <p>I went back to the branch many times, and each time I was told that the Call Centre must load it. I called the Call Centre myself (Ref***), and they informed me that the 30Gb Promotional Package was not loaded, but that the branch must load the Promotional Package, because they (the branch) have the function to do so.</p> <p>I went back to the branch and they informed me that they (the Branch) have logged a query and that the query was resolved. Well, I still don't have my 30Gb Promotional Package, so how can the query be resolved.</p> <p>I wonder who is fooling who? I'm the customer, and I'm being fooled here. For now it looks like this so called 30Gb Promotional Package is a Hoax, because I only hear of it, but I don't see it. </p> <p>Will somebody at MTN Head Office please resolve this issue, because I'm realy s****ing to get fed up with the excuses of MTN personnel.</p> <p>Thanks.</p>
