30 GIGS for Free for 1 month

I signed a contract with MTN store at the GLEN shopping Centre for a Huawei tablet which came with 30 GIGS for free for 1 month on 14 November 2015. <br> <br> To my surprise, I have been billed for data used during the first month of usage of the tablet because the person responsible at the MTN GLEN STORE FORGOT to activate my account on the same day that I signed the contract. The account was only activated 4 days later and now I have been billed for the usage of data during those 4 days when MTN has an advert saying that for 30 days we have free data!! <br> <br> This is the stores responsibility for not activating the account when it should have and this is ongoing since November. We are now end of February and nothing has been done by the Store Manager to rectify this mistake BUT am now receiving BILL ULTIMATUMS from MTN headquarters to pay up to total amount of the bill or risk cancellation to all my cellp on my account. <br> <br> I have been several times to the store to make things right and they always say that it will be rectified. I have sent emails, and waiting for a response......Nothing happens, but the bill is still there waiting for me to pay it!
