30 gigabytes data not resolved

Mtn is really pathetic as a company I've been following up this query since two weeks ago no one wants to take ownership and refund me of my data considering the fact that I've been a loyal customer for so long. I've spoken to Twane Williams team leader dbn and Khehla jhb team leader but seems none of them are prepared to assist me all i hear is excuses management sucks at Mtn for sure,I've put my business transactions on halt are guys going to pay me for the inconvenience caused.just do me a favour and refund some of my data and stop your stray investigations. You people have no care and empathy for your clients you just want us to continue buying airtime and data but soon as we experience problems mtn does not assist. Than you close the incident without telling me the client such professionalism
