30 Gig with Lte device
I saw this promotion about getting 30gig data if you upgrade to any Lte device I did my upgrade on the 11/10/2015 I only got 10 Gig on the 12/10/2015 and 12/11/2015.On the 12/12/15 I phoned 808 to ask why I didn't get my data for this month I was given this reference number *** and promised that between 2 hours and 24 hours it will be loaded.To my surprise this was the day I was topped up with my free minutes and data which I got about 380mb on my phone and the consultant did ask me how much data I still got.After dropping the call I received an sms saying data depleted you can buy airtime from the following banks using your cellphone.I checked the balance and my data was 0.So now what happened to my data?Can you please sort this matter out.Secondly this same line I gave to my teenage daughter to use when I checked if the data was sent I got this sums from Mtn \18+ only! Opt Out SMS stop to 30246"I thought it was just another company that sent this link I was shocked after sending stop to 30246.
