30 days too late!

<p>on 16 Nov 2016 I lost my cellphone... on 30 Nove 2016 I took the day off, went to the brooklyn office to complete the insurance documents. strike one: on 9 January 2017 I received an e-mail that an incorrect form was completed... so I completed the new form and submit again... to this day and hour I am still awaiting feedback! What on earth is happening!!! I've sent an e-mail requesting whether the documents I submitted was in order... nothing, I simply just get ignored!!!</p>
