3 weeks without an cellphone
Please help me, I am a pensioner staying in Alberton, my cellphone stopped working, I went to the MTN shop in Alberton City, they explained that I need a new cellphone, I have upgraded my cellphone, and still no signal. I went back and they have exchanged the phone, still no signal. When I go back to them all they do is refer my to the call center. I have phoned the call center at least 10 times, and they don't sort out the problem. Please help me, where can I go to get my phone working, this is unacceptable. Please contact me on my wife's number the one ending on 8046 as my number is not working.<br> Thanks<br> <br> Johan
