3 Weeks with still no response as to when I will get my devices!!!!!!

I upgraded to a Samsung S8+ on the 1st of September. I was told that I would get a free J5 with this and this is part of the reason that I took this deal. It is now 3 weeks later and the store has no idea as to when I will receive the devices!! I was also told that they have to both arrive, and if one arrives first I cannot at least take it while I wait for the other. So they currently have no idea as to when either phone will arrive. The staff at the store are personally following up with me and really do take pride in their jobs but they are not getting any feedback that they can pass on, as your company is ****** useless!!!! I have posted about this issue 6 times on your Facebook page and posted in your inbox and have still received no feedback!! Instead, I am just told that you are following up or escalating it. It's been 3 weeks without my phones, how long does it take to follow up??? I have zero useful feedbac**** One of your responses by someone named Sphelele was that I should go back to the store and cancel my contract, rather than him/her following up and telling me when I can expect it. Useless service by a useless company!!!!! Will my devices even come this century???
