3 weeks trying to get assistance with MTN Secure

I have sent numerous tweets to @MTNza and @MTNService asking for help with MTN Secure to prevent sim swap ***** on my account.

(This service allows to register an email address as additional authentication when a sim swap is requested. The service fails to send the confirmation email, and all I get are reminder smses, some even coming through in the middle of the night. )

MTNzaService asked me to send them a direct message more than a week ago, which I did, but nobody has contacted me since then.

Can somebody contact me and fix this problem. Please note that I am keeping record of all my requests for service in this regard, and should sim swap ***** occur on my account, I will hold MTN liable for the full amount ****** from my bank account.
