3 weeks NO REPLY.. Just want a settlement letter
Good day

I've been requesting a settlement letter from MTN for the pass month.. I've been going from branch to branch phoning the call centre, sending emails & still no response. I will not be paying my contract until I receive what I requested over 3 weeks ago. If I have to cancel my contract then so be it. This is pathetic service. I got a contract with cell C & this far they've only given good service. U guys suck
