3 weeks later and phone not yet delivered

I app**** online for a new MTN contract on July 29th, and recieved confirmation of approval on August 4th by both email and SMS. Unfortunately the phone is yet to be delivered.

I've made several calls to MTN for assistance, but I haven't received a timeline for delivery. According to the representative, MTN deliveries are severely backlogged due to difficulties following the switch to a new courier company. When I asked when the issues might be resolved, he answered that it was indefinite: it could be another day, another week, or perhaps longer!

I truly appreciate how courteous and respectful your representatives have been, and I understand their power to resolve the problem is limited. However this delay has been incredibly frustrating, particularly the uncer*****y of when it will be resolved.
