3 Sims, 4 trys- still no sim swap
Since last Thurs eve I've been trying to get my number back. Had to swap from a normal sim to micro sim. Sim swap been done 4 times, twice through your shops, on 3 sim cards now- I still don't have my number back!<br> Don't tell me to wait 24 hours- I've waited 24 hours 3 times now. Waiting 24 hours just wastes those 24 hours. They're clearly NOT putting through the swap on my number. Now I have 'it's been cancelled' messages. WHY!!!! I need my number back NOW.
