3 review for MTN and their bad customer service
HI as the title says this is my 3rd attempt in contacting your.
Dates was October .... November (as per my reviews )
Store complain ... Durban regional manager complain.
Spoke to the regional manger 2 weeks ago. Was told will investigate and get back NO CALL BACK up till TODAY .
I called the store manager and ask for feedback ..... His answer was waiting for regional manager to get back.
yesterday (Sunday ) I went to another store and was told that no MTN store has the device and i have to wait.
In October I was told them same thing. Cash buy also .... never happened. In November I went to take up the contract no stock. Come December their will come up with something else ?
i tried getting hold of warehouse (their have no phone) NO has a number for the regional manager besides the 083203 which i was called from.
NO ONE has the KZN or SA managers or sales managers number or details. not even a email.
i have sent emails but no reply. CAN SOMEONE IN HIGHER MANAGEMENT CONTACT ME ASAP I need a phone before FRIDAY THE 1st ..... WOULD ANYONE HELP ME
