3 months of no service from MTN

My phone was ****** beginning August 2019, I called MTN to blacklist it and I was told that they have to white list it before they can blacklist. It been 3 moths and nothing has been done and every time I call i get the same story, I even spoke to few supervisors that promised to get back to me or asked me to call within an hour.

I cannot access information on icloud because people who stole my phone are sending me bogus messages trying to get me to log in. I am tired of calling , being **** to and fighting, can someone from MTN tell me how long will it take for them to white list and blacklist my phone?

I have lost income due to not being able to contact my customers.
