Hello WickedDoc,

Thank you for your post,

We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

According to our records the requested pictures were sent to you on 18-12-2014, also note that the device will not be released until the R330.00 is paid for the rejected quote.

HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the Manufacturer's repair and assessment guidelines, in accordance with their Standards and mandate. Physical damage being detected on handsets voids warranty and repairs cannot be attempted.

The handset is declared BER (Beyond Economical Repairs) due to the effects of physical contact. A physically damaged handset cannot pass quality assurance tests due to defects that HVRC cannot ignore.

Regretfully we are unable to expedite the matter further.

Thank you
Wenzile Masina
