3 months- no feedback
More than three months ago I handed my phone in for repairs at the Irene Mall Mtn brqnch together with battery and charger as that is according to then the process. I am still awaiting feedback. When I try to phone, I get no response. This is a contract phone top up 500 and I am unable to use these minutes or the phone. I find this service unprofessional and extremely unacceptable. WOULD YOU PLEASE REVERT BACK TO ME!!! I AM LOSING MONEY AND THE USE OF MY PHONE!! My contract expires the end of Dec and MTN is not interested in assisting me...!!!!!!!!!!
