3 months no assurance
I recently upgraded my MTN contract and due to covid 19 this was done through the phone.
All this has caused me a serious headache as more money was debited from my account in April 2020. I called to enquire and no fruitful response. I went to the MTN store in Mams Mall and still no1 could explain y more money was debited and what plan i am on.
Now its may and a reasonable amount of money was debited but from the calls i made all i got was people transferring me and i cant afford to be on the phone all day.
** THE PRODUCT I WAS UPGRADING TO SHOULD BE 120 GIG DATA FROM WAT I WAS TOLD. MY MONTHLY PREMIUM TO BE R299 FOR THE PRODUCT..
NOW CAN IT BE EXPLAINED TO ME WHY A LOT OF MONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
CAN I BE TOLD EXACTLY AS TO WHAT CONTRACT AM ON AND HOW MUCH DATA I SHOULD BE RECEIVING.
CAN I HAVE THE CONTRACT FOR PRODUCT AND CAN WHATEVER THAT WENT WRONG BE SORTED OUT.
A quick response will be appreciated.
FRANS MOLLO.
