3 months later and expired contract still not canceled

For the last 3 months I have been trying to convert my cell number from contract to pay-as-go without success. My contract expired end of March. I sent my intention not to renew letter a month prior to end of my contract date. I have been in contact with Maurice, Dimakatso and Rhulani and still no success. My account is still getting debited. How difficult can it be to convert a contract to pay as you go? Come on guys, your team can't be that *********** that 3 people can get it right.
