3 months calls and SMS not working

I am absolutely discgusted by MTN service. My phone is number is not working since February, no sms and no calls being recieved. been multiple time t MTN the glen one opposite Telkom and first few time they asked me to call the support number

Did that they rebooted the number on the network and said wait hours didnt come back up

Went back to MTN they tried a few thing changing sim in different phone various *# codes nothing they logged a call. got a call from support saying they escalating

Still nothing. I told them multiple times might be a sim issue they said no i need to pay for it but we need to follow process.

Multiple call ref and NOTHING. 3 month no calls and this is now ridiculous If i do not get this number sorted in the next day will be porting to Vodacom all 5 contract lines

Today the support person tells me go to MTN let then check on another phone.. WOW but I told you multiple times this was done by MTN the glen..

Can i please get this sorted ASAP
