3 months, 20 calls & 20 emails later & nothing!!

To whom it may concern, on the 5th of May 2015 I contacted 808 and requested that my 3G card contract be cancelled and converted to prepaid. Needless to say this was not done and after more that 15 calls to your 808 number lasting 20 minutes or more, still nothing has happened. Only on the 29th of June was the contract cancelled and converted to prepaid, but my account was still charged. Over and above the calls to 808, I have also sent numerous e-mails to [Email Removed] I have attempted to contact a Ntheboheng Moloi and Thandi Mbatha and have not had any feedback or acknowledgement of my mails or messages. During this process I have received in excess of 12 references numbers for this simple request and I have also been billed incorrectly for 2 months since the request was put forward. I am now at a point where I can't not tolerate the gross inefficiency any longer and the lack of common decency experienced from all MTN staff, like returning a phone message . I have escalated this matter to supervisors (Luciano) as well as Managers (Lester Golding) and they can't even return messages. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me to resolve this ASAP!!
