3 faulty Samsung Phones and bad customer Service through MTN since January 2016

I have been a loyal MTN customer for the past 13 years however I am getting tired of the poor service regarding problems with my last phone upgrade.

I upgraded in January 2016 to a Samsung S6 Edge + and all was happy for roughly 5 months. I then noticed that the USB connection would not work for data transfer thus NO backup available and ultimately a system reset advised meaning a loss of all data.

MTN, Watercrest Mall, Waterfall, KZN send it off and they came back within a few days stating it was unrepairable and I would receive a new phone. 3 plus weeks later I receive a brand new phone only with DEAD PIXELS out the box.

I wait, wait and wait to be told they have supply issues and ultimately would I consider a Samsung Note 5 instead. Tired of waiting and accepting that it was heavier and uglier, at least i'd have a similar replacement.

2 months fast forward and my Galaxy Note 5 will NOT connect via USB for data transfer just like my original phone, meaning i'm in the same boat again of losing all data and being without a phone for weeks to come.

Now if you speak to MTN, they act all surprised with this fault, however a simple search on Google shows a totally different story with pages of links to possible solutions to this problem.

In summary, its been 8 months and 3 topend Samsung handsets made worse by dire MTN customer service to solve my issue. Please advise a solution like swapping for a 32GB iphone 6 plus or anything but Samsung.
