3 days to activate a sim card?

I upgraded 2 contracs with MTN on May 6, against my better judgement, but as these are 2 business contracts I relented and decided to keep it with MTN. I received the new phones and new sim cards on 11 May. I contacted 083 1 809 as instructed to activate the new sim cards. This line took 25 minutes to answer. I was then told to email the request to mtn and copy our account manager Michelle Bawa in which I did. This was 3 days ago no answer. Nothing. I quick search of Michelle Bawa's name led me to a couple of Hellopeter complaints which names this Michelle Bawa directly as no service or bad service. How do you justify having someone like this in your employ. She gives your company which already has a terrible reputation as a terrible service provider an even worse reputation. I eventually for through on 083 1 555 and they can do is to keep on forwarding my request. Every MTN director and boardmember should be sent to Vodacom to go learn basic communication and service skills. You should honestly stop calling yourself a service provider because you do not provide any kind of service, it's false advertising. And your stupid little song which plays on an infinate loop whilst I hold on
