I am so tired of MTN, I requested someone to call me and I was just provided with a number that I called and no one is willing to asst. My Imei number is ***. Can someone call me and give me an explanation.<br> <br> I am tired of MTN always referring me to the next person. I need this to be sorted out as i is affecting my credit score. I have requested Tim who responded to my last complaint to call me back and I'm still waiting for the call. <br>

We are truly sorry for the delayed response and for any inconvenience caused. It was not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We needed to firstly locate the booking that was done for your device before we could have explained what the issue was with the delay.
We could not locate the booking at it was done manually, possibly due to system issues at the time the collection was done. We managed to trace the booking with the waybill number that was created by the courier company. A collection number (COL***) was generated and the device was sealed and sent back to the store for your collection.
We've perused your invoices and see that with the device being sent in for repairs, the SIM card was still being used and there was additional usage generated (calls, SMS & data). The usage generated is valid and will need to paid.
We've escalated the matter directly to the management team within our Legal Department in order for them to assist you with making a payment arrangement. You will need to seek assistance with the Legal Department as the account is completely locked and deactivated.
