***-Helena Ciriani-On 16/07/2019 I complained about not getting my correct upgrade cell phone (black) and although someone from their complaints department contacted me a week after my complaint, I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE NEW Upgrade-BUT MTN has not been shy about charging me for it. It looks like the people at the complaints department also cannot resolve this issue and actually deliver-for the past 2 weeks he has not phoned to advise of progress. On Friday the 16th August I found that my upgrade has not yet been cancelled...??? Moral is-DO NOT UPGRADE VIA TELEPHONE because if there is any errors done you will never get the upgrade.
