2nd contract to be cancelled_ null and void

Morning. My contract was due for renewal/ upgrade got a reminder and I agreed to upgrade/renew and to my surprise a new contract was made with a new number. I was only made aware by 2 bills of which one I just reversed. I called yesterday and they told me about the 2nd contract. I need assistance for the 2nd contract to be canceled with immediate effect.
