I took up a contract phone and was billed R349 p/m with 1GB data, they continued to debit my account as agreed and few month later I was told my account is in arrears of R8500 and that my account has been handed over this is so *********. A measly R349 *****ed my credit score and because of their dishonesty and they just changed the terms of the contract without my consent.
