24 Month Contract cannot give notice until expired = 25 month contract

<p>We have for 4 months triedto switch my Sons MTN contracts to their names as they have become a working member of society but after 3 trips to MTN Westwood mall and every excuse even firing of staff this was never done .Now the two contracts are up in December we want to cancel them and retain the numbers on Pre paid contracts but the store no you must phone customer services .Phone customer services no you have to go to a main store .So we go to the main Pavillion store .No you cannot cancel them until the contract runs out and then only give 30 days notice so in effect they are 25 month contracts .MTN your customer service is useless and your contracts are a ******* .. I have wasted about 10 hours of my life dealing with your ******* service . </p>
