24 hours? Never with MTN
On Saturday I went to do an upgrade, I had to also do a sim swap. Yesterday the swap only went through after I was told 24 hours. So it took 72 hours.<br> Then since Sunday I am trying to deactivate my voice mail but again that can also not be done as again I am told 24 hours and we are now on Wednesday and it is still working. I have phoned the call centre probably 20 times already and am told to switch off my phone or remove my sim etc. How difficult can it be to deactivate my voicemail??? I find it disgusting and will not be renewing my contract with MTN again.
