24 hours and data is still not loaded

I bought data Monday using the mtn app, the purchase went through and money was debited from my account but data was never loaded, few hours later I called their call center they gave me an email to send my proof of purchase , so I I sent all that but I've been getting emails saying my query will be resolved within 24 hours, it's been more than 24 hours but still no data and nothing. I then got an email saying there was a technical error I'll have my data tonight, it's already night but no data loaded, right now I'm spending more money to buy data Where's already I bought data. I'm not happy with their service now it's more than 24 hours and I have not received data, I am beyond ****ed because now I have to spend more money for their *********** errors.
