23 Days and waiting for activation

I went to MTN and enquired if I could get a second SIM card on my contract to use my data on 2 devices. I was told yes and they said I can take out a dual SIM.

I paid for the additional SIM card and was told that in 24 hours I would be be to start using the second SIM.

It's now 23 days later! I still cannot use that SIM. It apparently hasn't been activated on the network! I've spent hours on the phone with MTN but they cannot help. They promise to call me back in a day and I wait a week and still no ****** call.

MTN has no respect got their customers and I despite spending hours asking them to please fix my problem, they don't want to. They cannot even give me updates!
