23 days and more awaiting on phone

My phone is still under warranty, it gave me problem within the first three months. I've sent in my phone the 30 of August 2017. It's the 4th of October 2017, still nothing. i have been calling MTN HVRC Repairs number on ********** 564 the consultant can only tell me the "phone has been sent to the store since the 14th of September 2017. I live in Johannesburg, the repairs centre in Midrand, it take almost 2 weeks for a delivery? Even the supervisor gave me attitude, telling me i need to be patient!

The MTN store in Rosebank itself can tell me anything. i must say ****py ****py service. From management even. Than they make promises they gonna call you back, not even one person has called me back.
