21 days for what

Hi, can someone explain to me how a contract was opened with MTN without my knowledge. How did someone manage to full your systems and employees into thinking that I'm the one applying for a contract.

My bank account was debited for a contract that was opened *****ulently with MTN. Then when I reverse the money that was ****** from my account because of a *****ulent contract, this impacts my credit profile.

Cause now on ITC it says I owe you money for a contract that I did not apply for let alone have any knowledge of.

This is really pathetic that someone can impersonate me and get a contract from you. Can you please cancel the contract urgently and send me a letter and an email, stating that I do not have a contract with you or I owe MTN money.

This is really pathetic, update your systems so that people can't ***** our information and get contract with you under false pretense.

I phoned your ***** department on 14/09/2023 to ask for assistance with ***** that has been commited, I spoke to your employee by the name of Mxolosi. He then told me that I should send a certified copy of my ID and an affidavit stating that ***** had been commited using my details and that the active account is not mine. In our call I told him that I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle and my approval had now been changed to 'pending' cause on ITC shows I had not paid an account. I asked him to at least send me a letter that the account is not mine, he said he would send an email and that he can't send me a letter cause the investigation would take 21 days.

I send the documents to him on the same day and he acknowledged them.

Now I have to wait 21 days for you guys to do an investigation. I'm in the process of buying a vehicle as I said now because I reversed the money you debited on my account on ITC it says I don't pay my accounts.

My purchase is now on hold, and when I try to explain to your employee he says he can't do anything and I have to wait 21 days and his email was full of a terrible attitude. When I rep**** to his email, he just ghosted me.

I'm at risk of losing a vehicle I was approved for and you guys are saying I must wait 21 days because of lax security measures.
