21 day policy se foot!!! - MTN Menlyn

21 Policy se foot!!! I mean, I have sent my iPhone 7 beack for repairs and was initially told it would be back the following week...then when the said week ended, I was then told of a 21 day policy and promised feedback before or on the date. Well, its been 22 days without my phone or any form of status update from MTN Menlyn. I have been with MTN for over 8 years with various contracts which might even total to over 30k. I have had it with MTN and particularly disappointed with MTN Menlyn! Come contract end, I not renewing **** with then and will also inform my network of the kind of poor service I have experienced!
